Dear Neighbors,

I hope this message finds you well and that you are embracing the beauty of the fall season 🍁🍃

Our Annual Meeting was a huge success! It was an evening full of meaningful conversations, delicious food (shoutout to Wendy’s House of Soul!), and a shared passion for building a thriving Webber-Camden.

One highlight was our business panel featuring incredible local leaders, including Sierra Carter (HEAL Restaurant), Kevin Aldwaik (Webber Mart), Fonzie and Kathryn Mayfield (Camden Social), Shannon Glen (Northside Pet Resource Center), and Marla Klein (The Art House). They shared insights into their roles as both business owners and community members. A common theme? Together, we build a legacy where everyone feels welcome and thrives.

We also premiered our new community video, a project showcasing the stories of our residents and businesses. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to everyone who participated and helped bring this project to life. Your stories are what make Webber-Camden special. I invite you all to watch, like, and share it with your friends and neighbors. 🎥

As we head into the holiday season, I invite you to support your neighborhood by shopping local next Small Business Saturday on November 30. Discover unique gifts and delicious treats while fueling our community’s growth.

Get ready for Holiday on 44th—a celebration full of winter cheer and local talent! This year's event promises a day of family-friendly fun, community spirit, and cozy festivities brought to you by Victory Neighborhood Association, Shingle Creek Neighborhood Association, Webber-Camden Neighborhood Organization.

Here's a sneak peek of what's in store:

🚎 Trolley Rides: Enjoy a holiday light tour with cozy trolley rides between Loring Elementary and Camden High School.

🧑‍🎨 Craft Fair: Find handmade gifts and support local artisans at Camden High School. Interested in being a vendor? [Sign up here].

🎵 Live Music & DJs: Local musicians and DJs will keep the holiday vibes alive at both Loring and Camden High School.

🎅 Santa & Outdoor Dance Party: Dance the night away and snap photos with Santa!

🐮 Craft Activities & Petting Zoo: Fun for all ages with craft activities and a petting zoo at Faith Baptist.

🍫 Winter Market: Visit Dancing Bear Chocolate for seasonal treats and locally made goods.
